Background Information: | The PathHunter® mHCRTR1 Cell Pool is a stable, engineered cell pool for use in studying drug candidates (small molecules or biologics) targeting GPCRs. This cell line enables assessment of ligand (e.g. orexin A) based activation of mHCRTR1 GPCR activity via detection of β-arrestin recruitment. The included cell pool overexpresses ProLink-tagged mHCRTR1 and EA-tagged β-Arrestin-2. Activation of mHCRTR1 stimulates the recruitment of β-Arrestin-2 and produces EFC signal. This stable cell pool is provided as two vials of cryopreserved cells. Please note that this product expresses the Mouse version of this protein. |
