ChemiScreen membrane preps can be used to screen for GPCR activity using GTPγS assays. Increased GPCR activation levels will lead to higher radioactive signal. Membrane preps contain 1mL of 1mg/mL frozen membranes derived from a stably modified clonal cell line which was chosen for optimal receptor expression. |
