This kit has been designed to rapidly detect the efficacy of your biologic or the presence of neutralizing antibodies against the biologic. The bioassay kits include single use vials of frozen cells expressing the target cytokine receptor, chemiluminescent detection reagents, control agonist, optimized cell plating reagent, protein dilution Buffer and plates. Simply thaw and plate the pre-validated cells and treat with test reagents within 24 to 48 hours. Assays are designed for 96- and 384-well plate analysis.</div>
