Biological Information
Background Information:
The PathHunter® cGPR91 (SUCNR1) Cell Pool is a stable, engineered cell pool for use in studying drug candidates (small molecules or biologics) targeting GPCRs. This cell pool enables assessment of ligand (e.g. succinate) based activation of cGPR91 GPCR activity via detection of β-arrestin recruitment. The included cell pool overexpresses ProLink-tagged cGPR91 and EA-tagged β-Arrestin-2. Activation of cGPR91 stimulates the recruitment of β-Arrestin-2 and produces EFC signal. This stable cell pool is provided as two vials of cryopreserved cells. Please note that this product expresses the Dog version of this protein.
