Interleukin 5 (IL-5) is an anti-inflammatory cytokine protein and mediator of the immune response. Potently promotes growth, maturation, survival, recruitment, and proliferation of B cells and eosinophils. May be implicated in eosinophil-dependent inflammatory diseases. Agonist of the IL-5 receptor. Provided as 10 μg of dry powder alongside reconstitution buffer.
