The PathHunter Co-Stimulatory Checkpoint Assay is a simple, highly specific assay to enable discovery and development of small molecule and biologic drugs targeting the TNFR family of receptors that activate the non-canonical NF-kB pathway through NF-kB inducing kinase (NIK). The assay is a robust measurement of co-stimulatory checkpoint receptors using cells that express NIK. This has been developed for use with cell lines natively or exogenously expressing co-stimulatory receptors (e.g. cell lines engineered to express OX40 or CD137).
