pathMAX-Pathway Assay Profiling Panel

The pathMAX panels provides access to a comprehensive collection of 13 cell-based pathway indicator assays designed to detect activation or inhibition of complex signal transduction pathways in response to compound treatment. Based on the proven PathHunter® technology, these highly sensitive and quantitative chemiluminescent assays use stable cell lines to measure distinct events within a variety of signaling pathways involved in compound toxicity, cholesterol metabolism, antioxidant pathways, DNA damage, ER stress, and many others.

Dose Response Curve (EC50/IC50)

The results for 10-point dose response curve compound/target interactions are reported in the study report and spreadsheets as EC50/IC50, which are values derived using the Hill equation:
