Inhibits cAMP accumulation and progesterone production from FSH, LH, and forskolin in granulosa-lutein cells. Agonist of the G protein-coupled receptor 147 (GPR147 or NPFF1, IC50=0.7nM). Provided as 500μg of dry powder. |
