Background Information:
CXCL12 (SDF-1α) is a small cytokine protein and an agonist for CXCR4. It plays an important role in angiogenesis by recruiting endothelial progenitor cells from the bone marrow through a CXCR4 dependent mechanism. It has been shown to induce the migration of CD34+ stem cells. Provided as 2μg of dry powder alongside reconstitution buffer.
