Background Information:
β-NGF is a potent neurotrophic factor that acts as an agonist with high affinity for TrkA, and lower affinity for LNGFR/β-NGFR. It induces the PI 3-kinase, Ras, and PLC signaling pathways, playing a crucial role in the development and preservation of the sensory and sympathetic nervous systems. β-NGF also acts as a growth and differentiation factor for B lymphocytes and enhances pancreatic beta cell survival in the body. Provided as 20 μg of dry powder alongside reconstitution buffer.
