Background Information: | The PathHunter® mAVPR2 cell pool is a stable, engineered cell pool for use in studying drug candidates (small molecules or biologics) targeting GPCRs. This cell pool enables assessment of ligand (e.g. vasopressin) based activation of mAVPR2 GPCR activity via detection of β-arrestin recruitment. The included cell pool overexpresses ProLink-tagged mAVPR2 and EA-tagged β-Arrestin-2. Activation of mAVPR2 stimulates the recruitment of β-Arrestin-2 and produces EFC signal. This stable cell pool is provided as two vials of cryopreserved cells. Please note that this product expresses the Mouse version of this protein. |
