Background Information:
The PathHunter® CHO-K1 β-Arrestin2-EA Parental Cell Line is a parental cell line used to create PathHunter® cell lines. This CHO-K1 based cell line expresses EA-tagged β-Arrestin2 and can be used as a control or for transfection with ED-tagged protein of interest to create custom EFC signaling cell lines.
This stable engineered cell line is provided as two vials of cryopreserved cells.
