| Background Information: | The KILR® Raji ADCC Bioassay Kit is a simple, robust, non-radioactive, dye free cytotoxicity assay to specifically measure direct target cell death in a co-culture. The bioassay kit contains all the materials needed to run the ADCC assay (except effector cells) including ready-to-use cryopreserved target cells, assay plates and optimized reagents. The ready-to-use cryopreserved cells have been manufactured to ensure assay reproducibility and faster implementation from screening to characterization and lot release. This bioassay has been optimized for a 96-well format. |
