| Background Information: | The InCELL Pulse™ Target Engagement Starter Kit is an easy-to-use, create-your-own assay kit for creating and assessing an InCELL Pulse™ heat stabilization assay with your compound and protein of interest. This kit includes PL-tagged expression vector, an InCELL detection kit, positive controls, and assay plates. Upon cloning your protein of interest into the PL vector and transducing relevant cells, you can test compound engagement via heat stabilization of the engaged protein target. An engaged, stabilized protein target will not be degraded by heat treatment, leading to increased levels of EFC and detectable signal when cells are lysed and exposed to EA in the detection reagent. This starter kit contains all relevant materials: PL-tagged expression vectors, InCELL detection kit, positive controls, and assay plates. |
