Background Information:
AssayComplete™ Cell Detachment Reagent is a specially formulated non-trypsin based detachment reagent designed to gently detach cultured cells from tissue culture plasticware without disrupting cell membranes or dissolving cell membrane proteins. This reagent is used for passaging of cells prior to assay performance. This reagent is provided as a liquid bottle of 50 mL.
