Background Information:
Interleukin 21 (IL-21) is a cytokine protein and mediator of the immune response. Induces differentiation, proliferation, and activity of macrophages, NK, B, and cytotoxic T cells in both innate and adaptive immune responses. Synergizes with IL-15 and IL-18, and is implicated in multiple immune-mediated diseases, including lupus, psoriasis, and chronic inflammatory diseases. Agonist to IL21R. Provided as 10 μg of dry powder alongside reconstitution buffer.
