Background Information:
The Ready-to-Assay HEK293 Gqs Parental Control Frozen Cells are a convenient, thaw and use format of the HEK293 cells used to create ChemiBrite cell lines. These cells have been stably transfected with the ChemiBrite clytin variant alongside a chimeric Gqs protein. These ready-to-assay cells are intended for use as a negative control alongside the corresponding ready-to-assay GPCR-expressing cells. Ready-to-assay kits consist of two vials of the stably modified clonal cell line in a convenient thaw-and-use format.
