PFI-3 is a synthetic inhibitor of the SMARCA4 and PB1(5) bromodomains (KD=89 and 48nM, respectively). Also inhibits SMARCA2, and is otherwise selective over other bromodomain families. May play a role in SMARCA4 related cancers. Provided as 1 mg of dry powder.
