Background Information:
The PathHunter® IL-15 Bioassay Kit (Dimerization) is a functional, robust, highly sensitive, and easy-to-use-cell based assay to study drug potency and neutralizing antibodies. This bioassay enables quantitation of IL-15 -Mediated Dimerization of the IL-15 receptor (IL2Rβ/IL2Rγ). Each PathHunter IL-15 bioassay kit contains all the materials needed to perform a complete assay, including cryopreserved, single-use cells, detection reagents, cell plating reagent, and assay plates. This bioassay has been optimized for a 96-well plate format.
