Background Information:
Oxotremorine-M is synthetic parasympathomimetic drug that is a non-selective agonist of the muscarinic acetylcholine receptors (CHRM1-4). Produces symptoms of ataxia, spasms, and tremor, and possesses antipsychotic effects. Is used to induce Parkinson's-like symptoms for studies of anti-parkinsonian drugs. Provided as 10 mg of dry powder alongside reconstitution buffer.
