Biological Information
Background Information:
N-terminal FLAG-tagged and C-terminal 10His-tagged, recombinant, full length human NEK10. NEK10 is a serine/threonine protein kinase belonging to the NEK Ser/Thr protein kinase family. The kinase regulates mucociliary transport in ciliated cells in airways and plays roles in mitochondrial homeostasis and the cellular response to UV irradition. Dysregulation or mutation of NEK10 has been associated with respiratory tract infections and various cancers.
