Biological Information

Background Information:

The KILR® CD16 Effector Cells are single donor-derived, human cytotoxic T lymphocytes that stably express CD16. They are intended for use as immune effector cells in antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) or bi-specific antibody-mediated T-cell redirection (TCR) assays that measure cell death. The cells are produced in a standardized batch process to allow for high levels of assay reproducibility. This product is used with KILR® cell lines and pools in a co-culture model and can also be used in ADCC applications in place of other primary cells such as PBMCs or NK cells.
These effector cells are provided as a pack of five vials of cryopreserved cells and are shipped under vapor phase of liquid nitrogen.
