Background Information:
The PathHunter® Flash Detection Kit is a detection kit intended for use with Eurofins DiscoverX's PathHunter® cell lines or with custom cell lines made using PL/PK expression vectors. This kit will provide a brighter signal with shorter kinetics than the PathHunter® Detection Kit, at the cost of a shorter half life. It can be substituted in and used with any cell line that specifies use of the PathHunter® Detection kit. This kit contains lysis buffer and EFC substrate to allow for detection of EFC levels in the assayed cells. This kit contains all components required to assay 2,500 384-well plates.
