Background Information:
(+)-CGP-12177A is a synthetic hydrophilic inhibitor of the adrenergic receptors β1, β2, and β3 (Ki=0.9, 4, and 88nM, respectively). Inhibits isoproterenol stimulation of adenylyl cyclase activity at low concentrations. Can also act as an agonist of these receptors at higher concentrations. Provided as 10 mg of dry powder.
