Profiling Services

DiscoveRx offers services for every step of the drug discovery process. Following the initial HTS campaign in your own facilities or through our Screening Services, we are the perfect solution for hit-to-lead and lead optimization activities such as compound selectivity and rank order profiling. Based on your needs, we can perform compound profiling against any panel of your choice at a single concentration or provide EC50/IC50 dose-response determinations. We also offer the flexibility of processing your compounds in agonist, antagonist, inverse agonist, or allosteric modes.

Profiling Panels

DiscoveRx provides broad panels of targets which can be utilized for selectivity screening of lead compounds. We offer specialized panels for common therapeutic areas such as diabetes, obesity, cancer, inflammation, pain, etc. as well as liability panels for toxicity assessment. Based on your needs, we can also perform compound profiling against any custom panel.
