Recent Developments - PathHunter™ Assays:
Directly Measure Gi, Gs, or Gq GPCR Activation in Single-addition Assays. PathHunter ß-Arrestin Assays are revolutionary high-throughput screening assays for monitoring GPCR activation following ligand stimulation without an imaging instrument, fluorescent protein tag, or radioactivity. Instead, the assays detect GPCR activation through ß-Arrestin binding to the expressed GPCR of interest, measuring the interaction of the two proteins using enzyme fragment complementation. The single-addition chemiluminescent detection protocol makes the assays ideal for microplate formats.

In addition to providing custom PathHunter™ ß-Arrestin services, DiscoveRx now offers over 30 qualified PathHunter GPCR ß-Arrestin Cell Pools expressing the following GPCRs:

Recent Developments - Kinase Assays:
NEW!! ADP Quest™ HS is now available! ADP Quest HS extends the applicability of our ADP assay kits to low levels of ADP detection (200nM to 25uM). ADP Quest HS is ideal for profiling low activity kinases or weak kinase inhibitors, or in cases where you may want to use a low concentration of ATP. ADP Quest HS is the ONLY commercial assay that allows you to profile kinase inhibitors in a kinetic assay with constant [ATP].
