Protein-protein interactions are the driving forces behind cellular signaling events and represent an important intervention point in regulating cell signaling pathways. Targeting protein-protein interactions in drug discovery has been challenging from a technology standpoint. DiscoveRx has developed a solution based on our EFC assay for monitoring protein-protein interactions in a cell-based format, and we will present data for targets such as kinases, GPCRs, and NHRs.
