EasyScreen™ β-Arrestin GPCR Kits
Fast and Simple Confirmation Screens without the Cell Culture
EasyScreen™ provides you with a fast and simple tool to perform small screens on a variety of lead compounds, peptides or natural ligands without the lengthy and time consuming cell culture or assay development. Using this fast and simple β-Arrestin-based screening assay, you can rule out false positive hits from a Calcium or cAMP primary screen or validate your second messenger hits using an alternative, non-G-protein mediated signaling pathway (Figure 1).

HTS-Friendly Screening Tool
Each EasyScreen kit includes everything needed for monitoring GPCR activation in live cells. Assay-ready frozen cells are provided in single use vials; simply thaw and plate the cells, and run the screen 24 hours later. Kits also include chemiluminescent detection reagents, assay buffer and an optimized protocol developed for 384-well plate analysis.
