Aequorin-Based Calcium Assays

On the other hand, the aequorin-based luminescence assays require coelenterazine. Coelenterazine h (90-0084), provided by DiscoveRx is a derivative of native coelenterazine that is more sensitive to calcium, making it an ideal choice for luminescent calcium HTS.
