EasyScreen™ β-Arrestin GPCR Assays provide a fast and easy method for performing small screens on a variety of lead compounds, peptides or natural ligands without lengthy and time consuming cell culture. Each EasyScreen assay is offered in a HTS-friendly, 384-well format. Kits include assay-ready frozen cells packaged in single use vials, assay buffer and chemiluminescent detection reagents. Simply thaw and plate the cells, and run the screen 24 hours later.
