Cell Plating Reagents
These cell line and target specific plating reagents have been specifically developed and optimized to produce the highest assay performance. As the name implies, these reagents are only to be used when preparing assay plates and are not intended for use during routine growth and passaging of our cell lines. The critical optimization parameter in developing these reagents has been to preserve cell viability and responsiveness, for the duration of the assay, while minimizing additional hormones and growth components that may contribute to a high basal activity. We have validated all of our existing cell lines with these Cell Plating Reagents.
