Recent Developments - PathHunter™ Assays:
Choose from Over 50 PathHunter™ ß-Arrestin Assays for Screening Gi, Gs, or Gq GPCRs.
DiscoveRx now offers over 50 PathHunter ß-Arrestin Cell Pools and provides custom PathHunter ß-Arrestin services. Click here to request more information on the targets validated or to request a seminar or on-site demonstration.

Measure Nuclear Receptor Translocation In Vivo
PathHunter™ Nuclear Translocation Assays measure the effects of compounds on the nuclear translocation of a drug target in vivo. Four ready-to-use cell lines expressing nuclear hormone receptors are now available, including the Androgen Receptor, Liver X Receptor alpha, Vitamin D Receptor, and Glucocorticoid Receptor. We also offer 12 nuclear hormone receptor expression vectors, a cloning vector, and three parental cell lines for PathHunter Nuclear Translocation Assay development.
The homogeneous formats and simple protocols facilitate cost-effective, high-throughput screening, because they use microtitre plates and neither imaging or antibodies. Click here to learn more about PathHunter Protein Trafficking Assays.
Recent Developments - Kinase Assays:
