WKYMVm-NH2 is a peptide found in immune cells that is an agonist of formyl peptide receptors (FPR), with EC50 of 75pM, 75pM, and 3nM for receptors 1, 2, and 3, respectively. It induces calcium mobilization, superoxide production, and chemotaxic migration in monocytes and neutrophils. Assists in neutrophil survival and stimulates phospholipase C (PLC) mediated InoP formation.
