PathHunter® U2OS FcgRIIa Clustering Cell Line

Checkpoint Clustering Cell Lines are companion products to the Checkpoint Signaling Assays that have been engineered to exogenously express a specific Fc receptor. When co-cultured with an appropriate Checkpoint Signaling Cell Line in the presence of antigen-specific agonist antibodies, the Fc receptor binds to the Fc portion of the antibody, presenting the antigen binding end to the checkpoint receptor on the Checkpoint Signaling Cell Line. This results in receptor clustering and robust receptor activation, leading to downstream signaling events, which are detected by β-galactosidase complementation. The resulting functional enzyme hydrolyzes substrate to generate a chemiluminescent signal.

  • [User Manual] PathHunter® Checkpoint Assay - TNF Receptor Superfamily (TNFRSF)

The PathHunter Checkpoint Signaling Assay for Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily (TNFRSF) members (or receptors) is a simple, highly specific assay to enable discovery and development of small molecule and biologic drugs targeting the TNFR superfamily of receptors that activate the non-canonical NF-kB pathway through NF-kB inducing kinase (NIK). The assay is a robust measurement of co-s...
