Background Information: | The PathHunter® HEK 293 CD27 NF-kB Signaling Pathway Reporter Cell Line is a stable, engineered cell line that overexpresses CD27. It can be used in studying drug candidates (small molecules or biologics) affecting the NF-kB pathway. This cell line enables assessment of NF-kB pathway stimulation based on changes in the expression of a NF-Kb response element-driven reporter protein. This product uses EFC technology. The included cell line expresses PL-tagged reporter protein under the control of a NF-KB pathway-inducible transcriptional response element. Pathway activation induces expression of the PL-tagged protein, allowing detection of EFC signal upon addition of EA-containing detection reagent. This stable modified cell line is provided as two vials of cryopreserved cells. |
