The P2RY1 Gq Stable Cell Line Calcium Signaling Assay (1321N1) utilizes the P2RY1 Gq cell line. The stable engineered cell line is designed for use in studying drug candidates (small molecules or biologics) that target GPCRs. This cell line enables the assessment of ligand (e.g., ATP) based activation of P2RY1 GPCR activity via detection of increasing levels of intracellular calcium. The included cell line overexpresses P2RY1, a naturally Gq coupled GPCR.
