PathHunter® Pathway Assays
PathHunter® Cell Lines provide you with a reliable, rapid, and sensitive method of analyzing the intracellular status of therapeutically relevant signaling pathways such as the ones involved in cancer, inflammation, oxidant pathway, cholesterol homeostasis or DNA damage. Pathway activation or inhibition can be measured using simple highly sensitive chemiluminescent detection. Using PathHunter® approach, one can target these signaling pathways at different nodal points and generate highly specific, direct cell-based information. PathHunter® assays are novel non-imaging, target specific cell-based assay approach for measuring multiple cellular signaling events such as protein translocation, secretion, degradation and expression with a ready-to-assay, simple-to-screen and easy-to-profile assay platform.
