PathHunter® Cells were plated in a 96-well plate at 10,000 cells/well and incubated for 24 hours or 48 hours @ 37^oC. Subsequently the cells were stimulated with test compound/s. GSK3β inhibitor IX for 6 hours (Panel A), Wnt ligand Wnt 3A for 6 hours (Panel B) and Wortmanin for 2 hours in Panel C. Signal was detected using the PathHunter® Detection Reagents according to the recommended protocol.
