Agonist and Small molecule inhibitor ResponsePathHunter® PDGFRb (Panel A) TrkC (Panel B) Cells were plated in a 96-well plate at 10,000 cells/well and incubated for 24 hours or 48 hours @ 37oC. Subsequently the cells were stimulated with test compound/s. PDGFRb for 3 hours in panel A and K252a for 1 hr and then with EC90 of NT3 (agonist), for 3 hours. Signal was detected using the PathHunter® Detection Reagents according to the recommended protocol.
