ADP Hunter™ PLUS and ADP Hunter™ HS are designed for high throughput screening of kinases or ATPases. They are single step assays that are ideally suited for detection of both high and low activity kinases or ATPases. The assays tolerates a broad range of ATP concentrations, and can use either unmodified peptides or whole proteins as substrates.
