Cell Plating Reagents
Each PathHunter® or cAMP Hunter™ cell line has been optimized for use with a
specific plating reagent to produce the highest possible assay performance. Each
cell plating Reagent was developed to maintain high cell viability and maximize ligand
responsiveness for the duration of the assay while minimizing high basal activity by
eliminating additional hormones and growth components that could impact the assay.
These reagents are only to be used when preparing assay plates and are not
intended for use during routine growth and passaging of our cell lines. Refer to the
cell line specific product inserts to determine which Cell Plating Reagent is required
for use with your target of interest.
