PathHunter® Detection Reagents - Ultrasensitive, Robust & Reliable
The PathHunter® technology is an adaptation of Enzyme Fragment Complementation (EFC) that provides a novel cell-based assay format for detecting protein-protein interactions, protein degradation and protein translocation. It has been successfully applied to a variety of targets and signaling events including tyrosine kinase activity, GPCR responses and internalization, cytokine receptors, and pathway mapping. The PathHunter® Detection Kits from DiscoveRx is used in conjunction with PathHunter Cell Lines and ProLabel™/ProLink™ expression or cloning vectors inside whole cells. They allow you to detect enzyme fragment complementation or just the ProLink or ProLabel epitopes. The detection reagents are highly sensitive, miniaturizable and can be used for a variety of applications detailed below in the kit selectioin guide.
